In just one year, it has become a favorite among the locals and all those who stroll around Valparaíso, because its fish and seafood dishes are frankly incredible.


They are open from Monday to Saturday, from 1 PM to 5 PM, at lunchtime, and from 8 PM to 11 PM, at lunchtime. On Sunday, the schedule goes from 1 PM to 5 PM. It is good to have them clear, because in this place there are no reservations and the tables fill up quickly.


It is located in a beautifully restored mansion where chefs Paula Baez and Cristian Gomez cook. Together with the third partner, Meyling Tang, they closed for a month to go on vacation, rest and learn new recipes that they will integrate into their kitchen now that they have reopened.
